Dear Trinity Middle School Community,
We need your help! Trinity Middle School is seeking volunteers to serve as proctors for our upcoming End-of-Grade (EOG) testing. Your support is essential in ensuring a smooth and successful testing experience for our students.
As a proctor, you will assist in maintaining a quiet and focused testing environment. Responsibilities include:
✅ Monitoring students during testing

No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to help and an eye for detail! Once you sign up, we will contact you with your test training date and assigned testing dates and times. Please note that you will need to complete the Volunteer Process if you haven't already done so.
If you are available to volunteer on May 30,, June 3, or June 4, please let us know as soon as possible. Your time and support make a huge difference, and we truly appreciate your willingness to help our students succeed!
Thank you for your consideration. We look forward to working with you!
